Paint Spills & Overspray

Remove paint spills and drips from glass, laminate, fiberglass, metal, wood, porcelain, plastic (may etch some plastics always test a small area first), vinyl, furniture, windows, brick, ceramic, counter tops, flooring, granite, marble, concrete, stone, and tile. Not meant for use on painted surfaces:

  1. Apply EZ Strip All Purpose Remover to paint
  2. Wait 5 – 15 minutes, wait time dependent on type of paint being removed
  3. Carefully scrub softened paint from surface
  4. Wipe clean with warm water

Remove paint mess from carpet or rugs:

  1. Pretest on an inconspicuous area
  2. Apply EZ Strip All Purpose Remover
  3. Wait 5 – 15 minutes
  4. Blot gently to remove with a clean, white cloth and warm water
  5. Reapply as needed
  6. Use caution not to over saturate the area with EZ Strip

Remove paint mess from chairs, couches, sofas, and upholstery. Caution may not be suitable for synthetic fabrics. Do not use on leather:

  1. Pretest on an inconspicuous area
  2. Apply EZ Strip All Purpose Remover
  3. Wait 5 – 15 minutes
  4. Blot gently to remove with a clean, white cloth and warm water
  5. Reapply as needed
  6. Use caution not to over saturate the area with EZ Strip

Remove paint mess from clothing. Caution may not be suitable for synthetic fabrics. Do not use on leather:

  1. Apply EZ Strip All Purpose Remover to paint
  2. Wait 5 – 15 minutes
  3. Blot stain with a clean, white cloth and warm water
  4. Reapply as needed
  5. Launder treated items separately, using extra detergent

Warning: Before starting any paint or textured coating removal project that may contain lead or asbestos please be sure to test it first. Test kits are inexpensive and available at your local hardware store or online.

If your test is positive for lead or asbestos, EZ Strip strongly recommends that you contact a qualified, licensed restoration or renovation contractor in your area for advice and a quote. Licensed contractors will have the training, employees, safety equipment and disposal facilities available to handle the project.

Paint Disposal: EZ Strip encapsulates paint being removed and is safe to be disposed of in your household garbage. However, if you suspect there could be lead in the paint you want to remove test it first. Lead based paint must be disposed of in accordance with the laws of your area of residence.
